Terms of Service

Having your website's URL listed in multiple categories (deep-linking) here at LinkToUs.net raises the probability for your website to be seen and may significantly add to its search engine ranking.

• Maximum linked pages per account (per URL): one (1) Free plus UNLIMITED fee-based links.
• No duplicate URLs are allowed within the same subcategory.
• Link categories that begin with '*' in the name are fee-based and '**' are administration-assigned categories.
• Adult content: Any website whether free or fee-based that contains adult content without disclosure by the requestor selecting the adult category where available, is subject to immediate removal once it has been determined by the LinkToUs.net staff (IBNETLLC) and without refund. This is solely at the descretion of IBNETLLC.
• Blog submission requests are welcomed in all categories.
• Allow up to approximately seven (7) days for fee-based submissions for your links to appear after submission.
• Once a link location is approved and that location is different from your requested location, feel free to send us an E-mail via 'Contact Us' to request a change. Please DO NOT send a revised link request through the 'Submit Your Site' nor 'Search for LinkPartners' feature in the LinksManager.com system unless instructed in writing by IBNETLLC.
• All final locations of any link placement in the LinkToUs.net directory whether free or fee-based is decided solely by IBNETLLC. Requestors are making suggestions as to where they would like their link placed. Placement category and subcategory must be relevant to the URL's content.
• Category change fee: A category change fee of $3.95 will be assessed for all approved change requests made fourteen (14) days after the URL's prior approval. Deleting the URL after approval then resubmitting it is considered a change, not a new request.
• Links that are inaccessible for approximately two (2) consecutive weeks are subject to removal from the directory without prior notification.
• Approval of URL redirects are on a case-by-case basis.
• Affiliate links inclusion are fee-based only.
• Link subscription packages are available at Subscribe to More Link Locations
• Subscription: Add your website's URL to the "Add Link URL" field before clicking the PayPal 'Subscribe' button.
• Category changes (fee-based services): In order to prevent a 'Page Not Found'-type error, a 301 redirection of the previous URL location to the new location is available for a fee of $4.95 per instance at the discretion of IBNETLLC only.
• If there is a lapse in subscription service, the most current pricing packages and services at that time will apply.
• Subscription is month-to-month via PayPal only unless a separate arrangement is approved in writing by an authorized IBNETLLC senior administrator.
• Subscription payment: PayPal - credit cards, debit cards and eChecks (U.S. only). eCheck approval can take up to 10 days.
• Refund policy - No refunds after the submitted link has been approved for directory inclusion. To cancel a subscription, the payment must be cancelled prior to the next subscription billing period.
• Fee-based links that are inaccessible to the appropriate page as determined by IBNETLLC does not cancel the subscription. Therefore, it is the lister's responsibility to cancel the subscription under this circumstance.
• A service fee of $9.95 will be assessed per instance for payments not received on-time to IBNETLLC for any rendered LinkToUs.net service except for eChecks. For eChecks, a $25 service fee will be assessed. Cancellation of services is accepted by your cancelling your subscription at PayPal prior to the next billing period. Any outstanding balance must be paid before new services are rendered or existing services are reinstated.
• These Terms are an extension of IBNETLLC's 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' (Terms of Use / Privacy Policy). Also 'Terms and Conditions' of LinksManager.com (Registration Terms and Conditions) are in effect.
• As a requestor of products or services or as a visitor to IBNETLLC network systems, you agree that you are bound by these Terms. Violation of these Terms may constitute your links being removed and cancellation of other services in addition to that which is applicable per other Terms.
